I don’t understand women…

Yes, I am a member of this group, and yet I am as confused as most when it comes to understanding women. I’m sure I’m guilty of plenty of the typical girlie type behaviors that annoys some, but we’re not talking about me right now ;)

When I say “understand women” I guess I’m not meaning that in the same manner as when men say it, I mean more of a female friendship type situation. I want BFF’s, but at work or near a baseball field, I find most women are either “Drama Momma’s” or “Negative Nancy’s”….or maybe I’m just too stressed from work to have the patience and care that I used to have, but I do wish I had more female friends. At least, the kind that don’t live to shop, don’t hang on their child’s every single word, or live to worship their man to a point where their identities are lost.

Ya know, the kind that don’t get on my every last nerve!!! Your thoughts??

Happy Bloggin’ ya’ll…

  1. I swear sometimes I’m a man trapped in a woman’s body – LOL

    1. Lol Rosy! Exactly….I swear I think more like a guy most of the time, but then I have a good meltdown to remind myself of who I really am!! That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it!

  2. What am I chopped liver as my mom used to say? ha

    1. Your Mom still says it! This wasn’t counting my Mom BFF or my daughter BFF…who both live too far from me!

  3. Oh My!!! I know exactly what you mean…..ugh…

  4. I’m with you on this one. Making new best friends as an adult is hard :(

  5. I agree. I’m tired of the drama queens or the “my child can do no wrong” types. Can’t women just chill out together without competing?

    1. I guess not EK….this is another one of those situations where the adults can really learn from children.
